Join a family-style team representing the public and private sector of UnitedHealthcare. This is a 1099 independent contractor role where you set your own pace, work hybrid or remote, and build a career with purpose.
No cold-calling or door-knocking — we provide clients who already asked for help. You’ll earn while you learn by calling clients, collecting info, and working with a senior advisor to close cases — so you get paid right away.
We also use a state-of-the-art AI-powered CRM system that helps you book appointments, answer client questions, and never miss a lead — even if you’re busy or on the run.
You can choose to work from a local office, your home, or even on vacation. Your income is tied to your effort, persistence, and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Call and connect with clients who requested assistance (no cold calls)
- Collect client information and work with a senior advisor to close policies
- Guide families and business owners through affordable plan options
- Use our AI-powered CRM to manage leads and book appointments
- Obtain and maintain a valid state health insurance license (training provided)
- Learn to network locally and grow your business over time
Requirements
- Laptop, reliable headset, and strong internet connection
- Willingness to get licensed (we’ll guide you)
